After running my insurance card, AfterOurs told me that my insurance would cover everything but my $30 co-pay (for a visit to a doctor who is not my primary care physician). It turns out that my insurer treats them as urgent care, which involves a $100 co-pay. My insurance company also told me that this is a frequent problem with places like this, where they tell you ""everything is covered"" but it's not. It seems silly to pay $100 for a nurse practitioner (NOT a doctor) to check out a minor health problem. Call your insurance company before you go!
