Review content:
I have lived in Seattle for 12 years, and have heard this place raved about enough to try it - twice. It was some of the worst food I have ever had - both times. I think the reason people like it is that it is tradition to like it. The only other explanation might be that people who like it have never eaten anywhere decent, so they don't know what good food is. I am sure that compared to a burger made in England or Peru it probably does taste good. Neither of those places are known for their hamburgers, or for that matter, good food in general. The hamburgers at this place are griselly and bland. The fries are soggy and limp. There ARE much better places to eat a hamburger in and around Seattle (Burger Master Drive-In is one example). I personally wish people would quit being so loyal and ""traditional"" -- If that's the city's best burger, I'm embarrassed for Seattle. Pros: None to speak of Cons: PLENTY!
