Review content:
Citysearch has been an interesting tool over the last few months as I begin my search for my next condo. Despite the Newmark?s seedy neighborhood, it?s proximity to Seattle?s finest attractions, affordability and great amenities (best gym in Seattle, fantastic outside deck) make it an extremely viable option. I?ve considered several units in the Belltown/Downtown area, obviously including the Newmark, however after reading these reviews, I?m much more hesitant to re-visit the Newmark knowing the hostility amongst the owners. These reviews have been particularly interesting, almost comical. While some reviews seem a bit?. harsh, and others more sincere, the comment containing threats and intimidation clearly is the most damaging to the buildings reputation. Here?s a quick quote: ?? think again when we start monitoring and charging fees...so, maybe it is time for you to MOVE? This comment is significantly more destructive than a few comments about a tough building manager. Quite frankly, I?ve learned managers are best when they are tough! The tenets make the experience good or bad. That review, clearly by a tenant, was terrible, foreshadowing to a bad experience. I just thought you should know. I don?t want to live there. Who would?
