Review content:
In regards to your oil changes, there are a few things you have to consider. In almost 13 years, Moe's labor charge for oil change has not changed. It's been a flat 15 dollars. However, oil prices fluxuate a lot. Just over a year ago it was almost $5 a gallon and now it's back down to 2.50. Moe gets his oil from oil providers, which dictate the price of the oil. Furthermore, there are several different grades of oil. All with different prices. In regards to your brakes, It could have been a mistake on Moe's part, I'm sure it wasn't intentional. :)
