Review content:
This company is the worst. They literally told me that if my sink was flooding the house, the first thing I should do should be to call them instead of turning off the water myself because the house is under warranty. Anything that I do as a renter, will void the warranty. There response time for fixing problems in their rentals, is about two weeks and they often forget who you are and what is wrong with your property. When you call them, they act like your inconviencing them. I have to pay out of pocket for the landscaping, pool maintenance, insect spraying and numerous other tasks that most property management companies usually take care of or pay for. Their people are rude and treat you like their red headed stepchild. Stay away from them at all costs.
