This is the worst company I have ever had to pay my hard earned money to. I pay a condo fee of $118 per month, and they can't even return a phone call. I have had overgrown bushes and trees in my front and back yard and a dead tree leaning toward my house that I have told them about a dozen times, and nothing was done. So I go out and take care of the problem myself, then they have the balls to write me a letter repromanding me for tampering with the outside of my townhouse!!! I have already sought legal council, but unfortunantely there is not much you can do. This is only one of many problems I have had with this company. Me and my neighbors would NEVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE for management services!
