I know of pat's beacuse i live in the Worcester area and am constantly on Shrewsbury Street. The other day my car broke down for the first time on the pike. I immediately called 911 as I did not know what else to do in a situation like that - my car was smoking up and I was scared in that sort of situation. The police said they would send over a tow trucking company so I stayed put. After waiting for quite some time, Pat's came to my mind. I looked up the number and called them. They immediately asked me where I was and if I had called the state troopers for help. When I told them I was told that a tow truck company was supposed to be on the way, they proceeded to call the right company that they knew would be in charge and make sure it was nearby. I received a phone call back from Pats 2 minutes later where the guy on the other line told me the tow truck should be there very shortly. Sure enough, the towing company showed up minutes after my phone call with Pats. Even though Pats was not the one towing my car, they still made a 100% effort to make sure I was taken care of and not left behind. This is definitely a company I recommend. Even when they received no business from me at the time of my breakdown, they still went above and beyond to make sure I was okay!
