We are a used car dealer in MA, about an hour away from worcester. we had a vehicle stolen from our lot wich ended up in Pat's Towing. I called to pay for the towing and storage with a credit card and offer that I will give the title to them because the vehicle was strip to the bone, and we are not interested in picking it up. They said they would only take cash. Which its imposible since we are an hour and a half away from them. Very respectfully I told them how far we are and that I would pay for all the fees and send them the title of the vehicle. I also said that I would pay for the tow to a junk yard if they dont want the vehicle. He was rude and said that if i dont pay in cash, that he will take us to court for abbonded of vehicle. We are not going to drive up there for a piece of junk. We tried to pay them all fees and give them titleship of the vehicle. But they refuse. I dont even know how are they still running in business. Rude and nasty people.
