First Off this is suppose to be a ""Dog"" Friendly community hahaha. They spray they grounds with chemicals without notifying ANYONE. The first summer I was there they saturated the field and DESTROYED ALL grass(thats how strong it was) and place one little flag in the middle of the field. I watched children, humans, dogs play and lay down in the field and all you could smell were the chemicals. I complained along with the whole community and it happened again the next summer... management plays stupid and says I was not aware of it, which that person always says. There was a old couple with a beautiful Springer Spaniel that ate rat/mole eliminator food that was ""accidentally"" dropped on the sidewalk. Did the management send out a notice telling the tenants that the rat/mole Eliminator Food was being placed on the grounds, outside next to the sidewalks, NOPE. Three of the Five buildings had serious plumbing issues. I moved in right after construction was finished and had to move apts because of nasty sewage smell from the faucets . Most people tried moving out or to other apts(that also ending up having problems). After a year there I moved, wish I could of moved earlier but their contract is long and covers everything. If you are thinking about moving in READ the contract. The management is very poor and plays bad cop good cop. Management likes to threaten you and if you are late on rent, 4 days or more you are required to pay an extra 10% of your total rent!PERIOD! Management blames everything on the Parent Company saying that it is there rules and their hands are tied...I have live in other apts that are owned by the same company and this is not true. Management is very poor at this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING THERE.
Pros: Looks Good on The OutSide
Cons: Very Poor Construction and VERY Poor Management
