I was a very skeptical first time internet buyer and I did the diamond research I began to talk with Shannon. The internet experience was just like walking into the store...she put my mind at ease and peaked my creativity. The package showed up as priomised with some nice ""extras""....The thoughtfulness and service was really second to none. As I researched diamond prices via the net I found no other company to be able to compete with the price of the particluar diamond that I wanted...given the specifics...This was the cheapest place to get the best diamond. When you buy from Shannon Hruza at dimend SCAASI you are getting the best for less. Thank you Shannon, I will be back!
Pros: Did as promised, went the extra mile, made the deal work
