My fiance and I recently purchased my engagement ring from Dimend SCAASI and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Alexa was an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one, she spent as much time as we needed searching for the perfect setting and the perfect stone. And she was never ever pushy trying to oversell us something that we didn?t really want. Then, after I decided on a custom setting (go figure? always trying to be different), I was a bit nervous that I might not like the final product once it was made. (I was having a hard time visualizing it plus if you customize it you have to buy it.) I almost didn?t go ahead with my custom setting, but both Alexa and Isaac, the owner, assured me that they weren?t going to make me buy something that I wasn?t truly happy with. What a load off my mind that was! Well, as it turns out, they?ve got genius designers who did an outstanding job on my setting. When I saw my ring for the first time, I was stunned at how gorgeous it turned out. Two months later, I still can?t stop staring at it. I LOVE it! And when I?m ready for it, I?ll be back to get my wedding bands there. Thank you Dimend SCAASI!
