I decided to shop for an engagement ring at Dimend SCAASI because of the great designs I saw on their website. The experience surpassed my expectations! (And my expectations were pretty high after reading the reviews on this site.)
I wanted a design that was really unique and something that would mean something to me and my fiancee. I had a design in mind but was concerned that it was a bit complicated. (It involved two rings that locked together using a dove-tail joint.)
Even with my rough sketches, Isaac understood immediately the vision I had. He had an existing design that I really like and was a great basis for the ring I had in mind. He and Marta were patient and worked with me until the design was exactly how I had imagined it. Isaac did not hesitate getting as many CADs drawn as necessary until we got it right. In the process he made a great improvement to the design.
Working on a customized ring required some patience but it was well worth the effort! My fiancee and I could not be happier with the outcome. I could not have imagined better partners in the process than Isaac and his team at dimend SCAASI!
