I was recommended to dimend SCAASI from a friend and found the experience to be great. I knew only a little about how to go about purchasing an engagement ring, but the folks at dimend SCAASI helped walk me through every step of the process. They also were very patient with me as I tried to describe the type of ring I was hoping they could design for me using ""uneducated boy terms."" I also found the ring review process to be very helpful. While looking at a design of a ring in CAD is quite different than the real thing, it did help me get a sense I what was being designed, and it allowed me to make some suggestions during the process. In summary, I had a great experience, found the associates to be helpful and found the cost to be quite competitive with others in Jewler's Row. The best part, my fiancee absolutely loves her ring.
