I visited the website and instantly began speaking to shannon, one of the friendly and informative jewlers at the store, via their instant messaing help feature. And she didn't just show me one or two rings and tell me what I wanted. Online, Shannon was able to show me different rings from the wide variety of styles they offer from a very vague description of what I thought I wanted. Come on, I am a guy. what do I know about engagement rings?Thanks to Shannon and the people at diamend SCAASI I know a lot more. And best of all, I know where I am shopping for jewlery in the future. It took a few weeks for the ring to be custom made, but it was well worth the wait. My jaw dropped to the floor when I opened the box. I got a lot of ring for what I spent. The service was excellent. The people were friendly. I would recommednd diamend SCAASI to anyone.
