I recently completed an engagement ring purchase from Dimend Scaasi and have nothing but great things to say about it. I went into the process mildly intimidated and without too much diamond knowledge, but they were able to provide all the information I needed. On my first trip in I met with Shannon and she showed me all sort of examples of different cuts, clarity, color, etc. Once I had picked out my specifications they provided a great variety of stones at different price levels to choose from.
I brought in my fiancee to look through the different setting options. They were great about showing her a variety of settings and bands. I ended up choosing a custom ring using a combination of some of the styles I saw. They were able to quickly send me a CAD image of what the ring would look like so I could make any necessary changes. The finished product came out absolutely beautiful. From the time I picked out my stone/setting they were able to design and create my custom ring in just over 2.5 weeks.
My favorite thing about Dimend Scassi is that it was a super no pressure sales environment. Shannon was excellent with finding a large variety of options, and at no point did she try and up sell me or pressure me into making any choices. So if you want to buy a high quality, well priced, custom ring with a comfortable sales environment I would highly recommend Dimend Scaasi.
