I went in to see Dr. Mark and though he was kind and very professional, I was not really sure if he could help my back pain but ecause I was sick of taking pain killers I was willing to give chiropractic a try. Dr. Mark's adjustment, relieved the pain. What I really liked is that he explained the pressure build up that was causing my pain, relieved this pressure and then showed me the exact exercises I needed to do to strengthen my back in order to prevent future back strains. My regular doctor offered shots, pain killers, (which I took) and a referral to physical therapy, which I knew from taking my mom to one that they would most likely use hot and cold packs on my back and I could do that myself!
