I cannot imagine where these positive coments came from. Really, this company provided the worst service I ever experenced and the owner was arrogant. I purchased a fence from this outfit that they installed. I am left with gates that do not close and lock properly and fencing that was not installed as I requested. They hound you for final payment (nasty) and once you pay them they do not want to correct any problems. Can't imagine how they stay in business. Will correct fencing problems myself and never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and stear clear of Creative Decks.
