I rented a home through Tom Pollitt's property management service and lived there for 2 years. I dealt exclusively with Eve throughout the entire experience. My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. From showing to closing Eve was always courteous and on time and pleasant to deal with. The rental contract was standard and the process was very hassle free. The home I was occupying required several repairs while I lived there. Each time I reported an issue it was dealt with accordingly. Tom Pollitt has a DIY handyman approach to fixing the majority of issues with his properties and on one occasion this resulted in a wait time of several days before some repairs were made to the house. Specifically it consisted of a broken mailbox and an issue with one of the utility boxes, but it was nothing to justify an emergency. However once when the central heat and air system stopped working Tom sent an A/C service repairman to the house and the issue was handled promptly. At the time that I was renting from Tom the rent for my property was well below what it could have been considering the size of the home and what I made for housing allowance. It was in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes and I never had any problems in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Tom Pollitt in the future.
