I took my son there for an ADD assessment. I was supposed to see ""Mary"", but she was sick so I got someone else... She was clueless. She didn't introduce herself until my son was 15 minutes into the assessment. Sometime during the 45 minute assessment, for which I received no overview or anything beforehand, my son was given a questionnaire about his feelings. I couldn't fit into the closet-sized room he was in with worker X so I didn't see her give it to him. My son is 8. He filled out that sometimes he wants to kill himself. She didn't look at the questionnaire answers till we were checking out. Then she must've looked at them and, panicked, pulled us into an empty office, and dropped the bomb on me with no preamble that my son wrote that sometimes he wanted to kill himself. I started crying I was so upset and wound up questioning him myself because worker X was COMPLETELY UNINVOLVED AND USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!! She had no feedback and gave NO assistance to me. My son became upset that I was crying and tried to change his answer. I left the office crying and I'm still not sure if my son actually does feel like killing himself or if it's something kids say nowadays. I checked the Christian Psychotherapy website that evening and worker X is listed as an INTERN! They dumped my precious only son on a %$#@ retarded intern without even telling me. I'm complaining to the BBB and whatever ""medical"" association they are members of. Also, they were recommended to me because they wrangle money out of the insurance company for ADD testing because they code it a certain way. That's called insurance fraud and it's why everyone insurance rates are so high. Do not EVER use this place. RUN the other way!
