Our liner was incorrectly installed. Had to resort to arbitration with BBB and we won. They never reimbursed us and we were again forced to carry it a step further. Oconee magistrate ordered them to pay and they still didn't after they told the judge they would!!! Now we have been forced to take it a step further just to try and get our refund!! Oh, and btw they now have an F rating with the BBB. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
