Review content:
Extremely bad experience at Lulu's . Late one afternoon I purchased 2 rattan chairs from Lulu's for a small cottage I am renting out. When I got back to the cottage and placed them inside, their size completely overwhelmed the space - I packed them back up to return the next morning and was at the door when they opened. Surprise! NO returns on furniture! The sales people attempted an explanation (no space on the floor - really, I had just purchased them) and even called the owner twice, but she would not budge. The ""no return"" policy seems senseless at best and dishonest at worst - every store has some sort of sane return policy, especially on items such as furniture that you sometimes really need to see in the space. So now I am stuck with $300 worth of chairs that I had to pack up and take back to SC, and will try to sell on Craig's list. Oh, by the way, even though I couldn't return them because there was ""No space on the floor"", they were more than happy to re-consign them for me to make the 60% again...
