I had two very bad experiences at this place. The last time I was there, I got my hair cut in a bob. When I got home, I realized that one side was almost an inch longer than the other. I called the next morning to talk to the manager. Although, she offered to fix my bad hair cut, she was very rude. Before offering to fix my hair, she first tried to make excuses about why my the hair cutter messed up. And even tried to tell me that maybe my head was tilted When I actually went in to have my hair fixed, the manager, who fixed it, never once said sorry or I apologize. NOTHING. She refunded my money, but it meant nothing. I will NEVER go to any Supercuts again!
