Review content:
This company was hired to work my wedding. They showed up 45 minutes late, without calling us beforehand to let us know they were running late. When the limo finally showed up the driver offered no apology, and ignored the fact that he was late. After bringing us to the hall finally, he asked me to pay the bill. HE OFFERED NO DISCOUNT FOR BEING LATE. When I asked him to call his supervisor and ask for a discount, he threatened me that he would honk his horn continuously through my wedding unless I payed him immediately and paid the full amount. In addition to this whole ridiculous fiasco, the limo was FILTHY, it actually was so dirty it got dirt onto my wifes dress that had to be cleaned off by the staff at the wedding hall. AVOID WEST WAY LIMO AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
