Review content:
We have had several carpet cleaners over the years and wanted to try something new. So, when we received the coupon in the mail we gave them a call. Amy was exceptional in explaining the process, as well as the serviceman. We thought the price was a bit high, but gave them a shot anyhow.
The best part is that the carpets have stayed cleaner for longer. I am starting to believe their is something to this extra soap idea that other cleaners use as Jeremy (the serviceman) was explaining. The furniture was on its last leg and he was able to revive it saving us thousands. Thanks to Chem-Dry and we will be calling them again. The price was well worth it!!!
