When Jen worked there, this place was friendly and welcoming. His wife, Kathy, is an extremely cold, greedy person who never smiles. Her son now works in the business, and the first thing he does is to announce the price and collect money. He also never smiles and can be sarcastic, if not hostile. They do NOT post prices, and are very, very expensive. After many years of doing business with these people because of their location and my support for immigrant groups, I am going elsewhere. They are icy cold and greedy. Twice, my clothes have been lost and I had to really persist in getting value quid pro quo from Kathy. It is no longer a good place to go. Bad vibes.
Pros: CONVENIENT LOCATION TO MY HOME
Cons: IMPERSONAL, EXPENSIVE PLACE
