I've been a regular at Septieme for over 5 years now. For nearly all of that time it has remained my ""default"" (i.e. favorite) restaurant on the hill. However, earlier this year a new owner took over the place and has essentially ruined it. The first thing he did was fire all of the best wait staff, save one, and basically run off all of the regulars. This was followed by an increase in prices and a decline in quality.
Pros: location location location
Cons: bad service, decline in food quality, new owner is rude
