I cannot agree more with VickG. I was the one who assisted this retired man and his wife, obtained a buyer's agreement that the dealer wrote that there was a deposit on a car after I gave a very nice salesperson Vick's full credit card information, including every thing that you would never give out to a stranger. The dealer did write the word ""VISA"" next to the deposit. They showed that they accounted for the deposit by showing that the amount due that was $500 less because of the deposit. They wrote up that the only contingency to the deal was our option to cancel and get the $500 back if the inspection results were not satisfactory to Vick.
