Review content:
I have been with Xcel since i was 16 and i joined at the Bountiful location. I am now going to the Holiday location, And i can honestly say that the staff is so bad it makes me sick. There are about three people that work at that gym that are nice and i would say they all work at the front desk. The trainers are all pricks that look at you like you don't belong near them. And most of the time the tanning salon people are talking with the other employees at the front desk and they treat you like crap that you interrupted their conversation so you can get scanned in. I honestly can not remember the last time i was greeted by one of the trainers( I know their job is SUPER tough, and it's so hard to say hello). I don't know why i still go to this gym but after reading other reviews and writing this i can say I'm changing gyms. Come on people there other two locations got bought out, how long before xcel is out of business. I don't think long. I think they forget that they are in the customer service business, not the other way around. Pros: cant think of any Cons: Unfriendly Staff, Trainers are rude, cardio equip is bad
