Review content:
Howard who is the sole employee of management associates is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. If I could give a negative star rateing I would. He is not honest when talking about apartment conditions. I doubt he has ever been to any of the apartments listed with him. He doesn't care about your privacy. He will give out old leases with social security numbers on them. He takes a very long time responding to calls. I have been calling him for a month now and he hasn't returned my calls. My wife and I aren't sure if he is alive anymore, it's that bad.
If I could say one thing to anyone renting from him or thinking about renting from him DON'T DO IT!! I am honestly surprised he is still in business. If the opportunity presents itself, run away as fast as you can!!!!!
