Review content:
I've been telling my wife about this place for a few months, and she finally agreed to try a Sunday breakfast. The ratty chairs in front of the restaurant encircling a table with overflowing ashtrays and styro drink cups was the first sign of trouble. Just inside, a broom and dustpan were leaned up against the doorway, but there was little evidence that it had been used recently. The 1st table we came to had scattered newspapers, drink cups and balled up napkins - looking like a staff person had been sitting there between customers. The guy who took our order was pleasant, but he wore oversized headphones on his head, just missing his ears, but revealing some obvious dermatological problems. As our order was being prepared, I saw him walk from the register and begin handling food without washing his hands; later, I saw him sliding hash browns around on the grill with his bare (unwashed) hands! I watched revulsion grow on my wife's face, and realized a pleasant meal was not going to happen here. I asked the other chef for a refund, which she provided, and we left.
