Unfortunately, this isn't a good review for PCS. My experience with this company and owner was awful. We met and he sounded so enthused. He made promises he couldn't keep and took our money without finishing the job. He blamed everyone else but himself for mistakes. We ordered a kitchen cabinet set and counter top. Well, he ordered the wrong style and sizes. Precision Custom Surfaces slogan is ""you can count on us"". Well, you can count on them for one thing for sure and that is they will not finish the job for 8 months. Sitting here with unfinished cabinets makes me sick to my stomach. For the sake of ethical and moral premise, please avoid this company at all costs. Installing a new kitchen is a huge step and it shouldn't a stressful one. I didn't think it would be hard to hire an honest, hard working individual. I should have checked this guy out.
Pros: Prices were relatively cheap. Well that is what I got for a finish product
Cons: Work wasn't finished for 8 months. Sloppy installation. Many things broke along the way and had to be repaired.
