I visited this restaurant on a Friday night in March 08. Most of the guests were on oxygen. I can see why it's popular with the older crowd...they have no tastebuds and don't care about flavor! I ordered a ""real"" turkey sandwich on white bread. I even double-checked with the waiter that it would be ""real"" turkey (not deli sliced)...he confirmed. The order arrived and it was deli turkey on two slices of wonder bread with GOBS of miracle whip (not even the real stuff!). I was so disappointed that I asked the owner/manager to come to my table. I explained the situation and he just said, ""It is real turkey."" And walked away. He didn't care at all. The waiter never returned. They didn't ask how my meal was. They weren't surprised when I left the entire meal, virtually untouched on the table.
Pros: No wait to be seated...
Cons: Everything!
