it's kinda funny about the review that describes this place as ""bad customer service"" because i went in there one night and i remember a really awful couple screaming at the top of their lungs horrible profanities at the sales girl because she would not break the return policy (it was the couple's fault by the way, as stated in that review). The girlfriend of the couple had to drag her boyfriend out while screaming at the girl...i was scared and i wasn't even the one being yelled at. all and all i think the sales people handled themselves very well. After the nightmare couple left, the sales people were still completely attentive and friendly...although a little shaken. but still, they delivered great service. i love this store and i am glad that crazy couple will probably never go back there again, i don't want them ruining my shopping experience.
