Review content:
Leach Seventh-day Adventist Church was established well over one hundred years ago. There is a historical marker down Grigg's Chapel Road from the present site of the church relating the story of the establishment of the church. The adjoining cemetery dates from 1908 and was the burial of a little girl who had died of a contagious disease and was to be buried away from people. It was another couple of years before another burial occurried there and it was Elmer Adams who had died of scarlet fever probably in 1910, despite the date on his tombstone. He was still living in 1910 according to the census of that year. Now many from the area and especially the adjoining SDA church are buried there. This is the only cemetery attached to an SDA church in the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
