I recently placed an order with Night-Gear Inc. for a Petzl headlamp and the whole experience was first-rate! I actually ordered on Christmas, and the items were shipped the next morning! I promptly received order confirmation and shipping notice emails. My order arrived within days (all the way to Oregon from Florida) even with no charge for shipping because of the dollar amount of my order! The items were packaged securely, so everything arrived in perfect condition. This was my first order with Night-Gear, and the first thing that attracted me to them was the fair price for the items I needed, the return policy (if needed), and the comments I read about their customer service. My experience confirms all of this--I could not be more pleased with the experience! I really value overall customer service and Night-Gear delivered! I will be checking in on the Night-Gear web site in the future for items I may need. Keep up the good work, Night-Gear!
