Review content:
I was impressed with the customer service because they took the time to call initially to let me know the manicurist was running late; and, they offered me a free service since I had to wait (quite awhile) after arriving. Btw, this was not their fault.. I later found out that they were short staffed that day...which is why they were running behind. I needed to run other errands anyway, so I told them I'd just stop back and asked if I could use the free service the following day since I had a wedding to attend. They agreed and booked the appointment.
