Review content:
FACT 1: Topaz serves cuisine that is ordinary and unimaginative. FACT 2: The service at Topaz is abysmal (though the latino servers i've had there showed much more pride and care in the execution of service, that their ""caucasian counterparts"". I hate to make racial statements like this, but for some reason it seems like the later servers mentioned in the afformentioned claim seem to just not give a (#*t. FACT 3: If you really want tremendous cuisine, make the trip down to Lockport to get more than your money's worth at Tallgrass, a truly excellent dining mecca. And if it's true much trouble to make the trip, at least head over to restaurants like Vie or Courtright's, your next best options.
Pros: Great interior
Cons: inconsistent service, ordinary, boring cuisine.
