I hired this company (one man operation) who appeared to know something about building a modular home. He was a pretty good salesman and I made the mistake of believing what he told me. Once he gets your money all the promises go out the window. If it's not in writing don't believe a word he says. If you try to complain he starts threatening to leave the job 1/2 finished and not give your money back. He hires the cheapest subs who are often unlicensed and unqualified. Be prepared for weeks and months with no one showing up while he disappears and won't return your phone calls. I finally fired him even though I paid him more than the work he did. It was worth every penny to get rid of this nightmare! The mess he left is still causing problems a year later. It's unbelievable that they give people like this a builders license!
