Review content:
Cris, you hit the nail on the head again. Went there Saturday night, and the place was stacked. We had a nice drink at the bar, and were seated in about 15 minutes. My wife and I share meals, so we got two combo meals, thus, no appetizers on this visit.I got the steak and ribs, and she ordered chicken and shrimp. The ribs were outstanding. Great even for my high standards. A perfect balance of slow roasting and perfect BBQ sauce. No liquid smoke here. My steak was cooked perfectly (med-rare) but still had a nice char on it. It was tender, and delicious. The shrimp was very good too, but the killer was the chicken. Nicely grilled with those char lines and perfectly cooked. It was juicy and tender, and the parmesan/pepper sauce complimented it perfectly. Add all you can eat peanuts, with some of the best service around, and you can see why this place is full every night. We will definitely be going back.
