I had an OK experience with Eddy's. The good part was that we thought we had ordered a 2005 Flint Mica Scion tC and when it came it turned out to be the first '06 in Wichita. We were very ecstatic until we had to bring it in for the oil change. It took quite a while for just an oil change and they do not even offer a courtesy car for you. I have found it to be almost given that the larger Dealerships allow their faithful customers to take a car out while they have one in for service, but not Eddy's. They just don't seem to be a great dealership, unfortunately they are the only Toyota lot in Wichita.
