If you are looking to move in a hurry this is the place for you. They push you to move in with in a week of the credit check if every thing goes well. They will not hold an apartment for more than a week even if money is on the table. So be serious about moving if you decide to move in there. Most places require 20 days notice to vacate so with this place you will have to over lap. In one way that is good cause it allows you time to make sure every thing is perfect on you old place before turning the old keys. Ask a lot of questions before doing anything. They are very helpful people. I thought I would not find a place. With them my confidence is back and I am excited to move in. I like the fact that they took the time to get to know me a little and not just judge me by the cover and really helped me to get a place... NO ONE IS PERFECT and they know that.
