Review content:
After being talked-into buying a microwave that we didn't see, the salesman sold us 2 other appliances for our total kitchen renovation. The stovetop and oven did not fit, and getting the entire project done was a disaster because the salesman at Martin's did not know the specifications of the appliances.
RESPONSE FROM Martin Appliance:
After careful review of your situation we have confirmed that the wall oven and cooktop you purchased are compatible for your desired installation, based upon the manufacturers specifications. Our installation team reviewed the printed specs of the appliances you purchased and measured the actual dimensions of the product and confirmed that the specs provided were accurate. If your cabinets were prepared to the appliance manufacturers specs there should be no problem in completing the installation. If there are any further questions or any additional way we can assist you please let us know. We understand the complexity of kitchen remodels and want to do everything we can to make it as smooth a process as possible.
UPDATE:
We understand adjustments have been made to the cabinets to match the proper appliance specifications and the appliances have now been installed. Enjoy your new kitchen Bob!
