My overall experience with your company was quite good. There were a few things relating to the appliances that had I known may have influenced my decison on the purchases. The dishwasher- I'm very much liking.
The washer- I don't recall being instructed on the importance of drying out the washer after each use. I don't like how water collects in the product drawer and found the cleaning/drying by removing the drawer insert very difficult- again that would have been nice to have been told by the seller. The dryer is noisier than I expected. I know this is not Martin's fault, but I find it ridiculous that the frontloader platforms are considered "extras" and cost so much.

Thank you for your review, Carol. We are happy to hear you like your dishwasher and would like to help in any way we can as you adjust to your new washer. Moisture can be an ongoing issue on front load washers and we are not always as detailed as we could be in presenting that. Are you using powder or liquid detergent? If you use powder detergent with the detergent insert removed it may rinse through better. As for the pedestals, you are right, they are expensive. We will give you a call to follow up.
