Review content:
The main draw at this restaurant is that they offer bison steaks. Yes, that's right, steak made from an American buffalo. Our business host who treated us to dinner there told us ahead of time that bison was of excellent quality and was leaner than beef. I tried a bison NY strip and it was very good as far as steak's go; however, I was expecting a sharper contrast in taste between bison and regular steak. I didn't notice a big difference, except that it was a little leaner. Later, when I told my wife about this, she somewhat seriously suggested ""They probably just say its buffalo!""
