Review content:
This property mangement company is rude! They are disrganized, unprofessional, and impossible to get a response out of! Last year I had a bad experience with them where they lost my credit check and my financial papers after denying my application, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt this time around...MISTAKE! I faxed in my application three days ago and have called 4 times just to confirm receipt of the fax. I just wanted to make sure they received my fax and three days later no one has even called back. They charge more than anyone else I've found for a credit check ($37 per person!) and they can't even give you the decency to call back? I can't even imagine how awful it would be to be a tenent of theirs with a pressing problem! How rude!
