Brian Birdwell was truly the best salesman I have ever dealt with. In the past, I've had strong service, but its never been as exceptional as Brian's. At my former leasing option, I still always felt like I had that stereotypical car salesman pitch. With Brian, he really made me feel like a guest of BMW; polite, thoughtful, took the time to connect with me, humorous at times. Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of-- he did everything he could to make my purchase as painless a process, and allowed me to remove all doubt that I was not getting into the perfect car, for me. Ilona provided the best car sales experience I've ever had. She truly is a gem and I would go back again and again to lease my car with her.
