AvaAllegra, are you referring to Hon (not sure how to spell her name) or if she's the manager or not, but she seemed to be the manager when I went there a few weeks ago. I've been there twice now. The second time, a few weeks ago, I was charged $5 extra for a wax dip for my pedicure, and I didn't know it was extra. When the lady I had went to ring me up, it was $5 more than I expected and I asked her what the extra $5 was for. She said for the wax. I didn't put up a fight, and just paid it, but the more I sat there thinking about it after I paid and my nails dried, I called Hon over and explained that I didn't know that the wax was an extra $5. Not a huge deal, $5, but I would have appreciated being told. She went and talked to the girl that did my nails, and she said she asked me if I wanted the wax, which she did, and I said sure, but she didn't explain it was more money. They ended up giving me $5 back. It would have been fine if they didn't, but I thought that was nice that they did. Then, the first time I went there, I called to see what time they closed, and they were closing in like the next 5 minutes, but they asked if I could get there by then and when I said yes, they stayed open and did my nails. I asked when I got there if it was ok, because I felt bad, but they were more than happy to stay open. I think that was Hon also. I've been very impressed with their customer service. They do a good job too, and their pedicure massage chairs are very nice. Not all falling apart like some places are.
