Ok, yes I'll say it - The move cost was under quoted, which seems to be a recurring theme. We were quoted at $350 and ended up paying $615. Our move took longer than expected by about 1.5 hours - and no packing materials were included in the estimate. This is probably the drawback of doing an estimate over the phone. However, everything else went perfectly. The crew of 3 showed up early, worked quickly, and were careful with our belongings. My first time using this company and it was my roommates 2nd time. She has had positive experienes both times. I would recommend them to others! Also, if you're going to tip them, give them cash and don't put it on a credit card. Not that this really matters, but the entire crew was hispanic and I speak fluent Spanish. I listened to them speak in Spanish the whole time - and they didn't talk smack about me which was a plus!
