Review content:
The first thing off the truck when they delivered my items was a 3 foot tall floor vase that was shattered into a million pieces. How does something that big get damaged that badly? Well, I looked inside the truck and was astounded to see all of my items obviously haphazardly thrown on top of others. I could not believe my eyes. I had an iron skillet broken in 3 pieces! When I filled out the presentation of loss forms, provided pictures, and they offered an amount that was related to the weight of my items, which was ridiculous. The amount they offered was a joke, but after talking to an attorney, we were advised that it would take more money to sue them than what I already lost, so we signed the form accepting the pathetic amount offered. As of today, I still don't have a check. They are horrible!!!!!!!!!!
