I have gone to Planet for 6 + years. During this time, I moved to NYC. While in NYC, I went to see over a dozen stylists - none of whom did any where near as well as those at Planet. After these failed experiences, I would travel, every four months, to have my hair done by there excellent staff. Now, I am in Louisville and I still continue to go to Lexington to have them provide my services (they are even doing my wedding). I have never, ever had a bad experience. The staff is WONDERFUL. Anyone who would leave is crazy. From what I've seen , there is all of the internal support and education someone in the industry could ever desire. I've met the owners - they are generous, considerate and do not caterer to only the young, pretty women - they are good to EVERYONE. Anyone on this site, who would make such slanderous accusations against the owner, is obviously a scorn employee.
